hi, i am melissa

If you are thinking about scheduling an appointment with me, I imagine you are wondering who I am and what makes me qualified to be your therapist. Primarily, I want to get to know you, understand you, and help you like yourself the way I like you. More specifically, I primarily work with Trauma, Depression and Anxiety. I use traditional talk therapy as well as EMDR to help folks move through difficult times and memories. I have a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle, and I am licensed in the state of Washington as an LMHC. I did my undergraduate work at the University of California at Davis
